Shipping & Return Policy
At this time, we are only shipping to the US.
Business Shipping Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, excluding national holidays.
Items ordered on Friday after 2pm, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through USPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Choose the local pickup option at checkout and you will receive an email shortly after your purchase to schedule your pickup day and time. Pickups are ONLY offered in the Morgantown and Fairmont area. **Your order will not be shipped if you choose this option.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase; however, if something does not work, we are here to help!
For a FULL Refund, returns must be sent to the address below within 7 days of the date you received the item. After 7 days, we will accept returns for store credit if sent back within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, odorless and undamaged. Items that do not match the criteria are subject to denial.
Please return your item with the return form included in your package.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us within 7 days. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under.
We do not refund shipping charges when sent back to Tulip Lane Boutique.
Tulip Lane Boutique is not responsible for lost returned items.
Unfortunately our sale and accessory items cannot be refunded. Regular price items purchased with a discount code over 50% are FINAL SALE and can not be refunded.
If you feel you have received the wrong item or damaged merchandise, please let us know within 2 days from the date of delivery so that we can help!

We cannot provide exchanges due to our limited inventory. However, If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item first and then returning the original item to make sure inventory is available at that time. The refund for the original item will go to the card you placed the order under. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us.
**Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address when placing an order with us. You will be charged for us to ship a second time if this is incorrectly filled out.
**Tulip Lane Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
